Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in job posting creation and distribution on various job boards and platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates.
- Assist with new employee orientation, ensuring all required paperwork is completed. Conduct employee background checks and reference checks.
- Update HR systems and employee records with relevant information.
- Coordinate exit interviews and assist with off-boarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and HR databases.
- Provide information and assistance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Maintain HR department calendars and schedule meetings.
Requirements:
- A Master degree in Human Resources with prior experience in an HR & Administrative role or similar position.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws/regulations.
- Proficient in using HR software systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
