Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in job posting creation and distribution on various job boards and platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates.
  • Assist with new employee orientation, ensuring all required paperwork is completed. Conduct employee background checks and reference checks.
  • Update HR systems and employee records with relevant information.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and assist with off-boarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and HR databases.
  • Provide information and assistance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Maintain HR department calendars and schedule meetings.

Requirements:

  • A Master degree in Human Resources with prior experience in an HR & Administrative role or similar position.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws/regulations.
  • Proficient in using HR software systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
