HR OFFICER

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer, FEMALE, ARABIC SPEAKER with strong UAE healthcare experience to join our growing medical center team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in recruitment, hiring, and healthcare license processing (DOH License)..

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, job offers).
  • Post vacancies on job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and reference checks.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.

2. UAE Healthcare License Processing

  • Handle DOH license applications for healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate DataFlow verification process.
  • Process new license applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
  • Monitor license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and PRO for approvals.
  • Maintain updated license tracking sheet.

3. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare employee files as per UAE labor law requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation (passport, visa, EID, license, certificates).
  • Coordinate visa processing and medical fitness procedures.
  • Conduct HR orientation for new employees.
  • Update HR system and personnel records.

4. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee database and leave records.
  • Support payroll preparation with Finance.
  • Handle probation evaluations and confirmation process.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.

5. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries regarding contracts, leave, and policies.
  • Assist in disciplinary procedures when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
