HR Generalist

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for retail stores and head office.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation.

2. Attendance & Payroll

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
  • Coordinate payroll processing with finance department.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.

3. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure implementation of company policies.
  • Maintain positive working environment in stores.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in KPI setting and performance evaluations.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Identify staff training needs for retail sales teams.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws.
  • Maintain proper HR documentation and filing system.
  • Prepare HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, hiring status).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (Retail/Textile industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR software.
