iEnglish is looking for a highly organized, proactive HR Officer to join our central team. In this role, you will be the "glue" that connects our various operations with our head office. We are seeking a professional who balances high-level administrative precision with exceptional interpersonal skills to support our diverse team of educators and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between managers, the PRO team, and Finance to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding company policies, employment letters (NOCs, Salary Certificates), and leave management.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and audit digital and physical employee files, ensuring 100% compliance with UAE Labor Law.
  • Onboarding & Logistics: Coordinate the arrival of new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
  • Data Management: Assist in preparing monthly reports and ensuring the HR database is consistently up to date.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Language Skills: Absolute fluency in both English and Tagalog is required. You must be capable of drafting professional English correspondence and communicating effectively with a multilingual workforce.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of HR or Administrative experience within the UAE.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (a background in Human Resources or Psychology is highly preferred).
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and Word).
  • Personality: You must be detail-oriented, a master multitasker, and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation NoteFixed Package: AED 4,000 Total. Please only apply if this fixed package aligns with your current expectations. This is a firm offer and is not subject to negotiation.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
