HR Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, assisting with HR operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions within the organization.

Location: New Karachi, Karachi

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination).
  • Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements.
  • Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Support daily HR operations and handle employee queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment & operations preferred).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge.
