HR Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Officer to join our growing team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will support HR operations and contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain HR records and employee databases
• Support payroll coordination and attendance management
• Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Assist in employee engagement activities and training initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (Hospitality / Restaurants / QSR or Retail industry experience preferred)

Location: F-6 Islamabad

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
