HR Officer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will play a key role in handling recruitment, supporting HR processes, and ensuring the efficient functioning of daily HR activities.

Location: New Karachi, Karachi
Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Budget: 50,000 - 65,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and managing their documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Provide support for day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment and operations.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
