Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, leaves, overtime).
- Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in performance management processes and probationary reviews.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management.
- Support HR initiatives and contribute to employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ERP).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
