HR Officer ( Emirati Only)

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, leaves, overtime).
  • Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in performance management processes and probationary reviews.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to employee engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ERP).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
