HR Officer (Female)

Lahore, Pakistan

To check and ensure the following tasks.

Hiring and Firing

· Makes sure that the entire process of hiring and firing an employee based on merit including the following

· Hiring

· Taking the requirement for the induction of a human resource from the department

· Ensures the posting of the jobs at the relevant portals

· Evaluation of the resumes and shortlisting of the employees for the interviews

· Conducting initial interviews and maintaining the record of evaluation

· Conducting interviews with the relevant department and final interview with the director

· Keeping record of the person hired or rejected.

· Making sure that the orientation of the employee is completed timely

· Firing

· In case of unsatisfactory performance of the employee, replacement of employee is the responsibility of HR Coordinator in agreement with the relevant department HOD.

· To give warning letters to the employee, give show cause letters, letter of explanation for the performance related issues.

· To ensure the complete handover of the responsibilities / documents, and ensuring that the next person receiving the information is sufficiently trained

· To ensure the clearance of the employee from the relevant department, administration, and finance.

· Conducting the exit interview and issuance of the experience letters

Attendance and Payroll

· Attendance

· Ensuring the preparation of the attendance report of the employees, and controlling rate of leave of absences of the employee

· Preparation of monthly attendance report of the employees

· Monitoring and controlling the half days/short leaves of the employee

· Keeping track of the late comings of the employee and controlling them

· Payroll

· Keeping the record of payroll secure from employees

· Timely preparation of the payroll of the employees

· Managing any charges of the accessories / services provided by the company in the pay

· Time disbursement of the salaries to the employees

Training, Performance, and Appraisal

· Training

· Implementing the training plan for each department in coordination with the head of relevant department

· Keeping track of the trainings conducted by the departments

· Ensuring that the individuals are sufficiently trained and qualified for the required tasks

· Performance

· Periodic evaluation of the performance of the employees on the KPIs by conducting audits against job descriptions.

· Making report of the performance evaluation

· Guiding the employee in coordination with the relevant head of department for the improvement of the employee performance

· Appraisal

· Increments in the salary are to be given periodic basis based on the performance of the employee

· Making sure the employees have targets they are to achieve with respect to the pay, post, and performance.

Policies and SOPs

· Develop, revise, and implement the HR Manual, Code of conduct and HR Policies and SOPs

· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy as per company policy.

· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Communication and implementation:

· Collaborate with Managers/team members/supervisors/other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

· Ensure the implementation and handover of the data introduced in any department.

· Ensure the implementation of nucleus in every department

Employee Benefit Program

· Monitor the implementation of the following employee benefits program including

· SAYE policy

· Attendance Reward Program

· Mess Availability

· EOBI

· Medical

· Transportation

Location: Raiwand Road Near The University of Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
