Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to support the human resources department in managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the telecom industry, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in HR policies implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Support performance management processes and HR reporting.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Assist in training and development programs for employees.
Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related data.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
Good knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Skills
Experience in high-volume recruitment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
