Job Summary

The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions with a strong focus on healthcare professional recruitment, Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licensing, employee onboarding, insurance, payroll, and administrative compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of UAE labour law, DHA regulations, and healthcare sector best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years HR experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, DHA regulations, and licensing procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
