Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing candidates using a variety of channels, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- File & Documentation Management Requirement & Skills
- Proven working experience in recruitment & Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 6 Months to 1 year of experience in a BPO company or other customer-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
