HR Officer (Male)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing candidates using a variety of channels, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • File & Documentation Management Requirement & Skills
  • Proven working experience in recruitment & Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 6 Months to 1 year of experience in a BPO company or other customer-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
