HR Officer - Payroll

Job Title: HR Officer - Payroll
Education: BBA-HR/ MBA-HR or relevant field
Experience: 2-5 Years of relevant experience
Salary Range: Competitive Salary
Job Location: G/8 Islamabad

Responsibilities:

  • Processes Company payroll every month.
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Computes benefits and taxes.
  • Knowledge of C&B structures & policies aligned with the laws and market dynamics.
  • Managing performance appraisal cycles of the company from a C&B perspective.
  • Assist in preparing annual head count budget for employees.
  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies regarding payroll records.
  • Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
  • Process and ensure payments before the deadline i.e EOBI, PESSI, Insurance etc.
  • HR analytics reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Payroll processing & C&B knowledge
  • Understanding of Pakistani labor laws, taxes, EOBI & PESSI
  • Proficiency in HRMS/payroll systems & MS Excel
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills (HR analytics)
  • Experience in budgeting & performance appraisal cycles
  • High attention to detail & problem-solving ability
  • Ability to meet deadlines & maintain confidentiality
  • Good communication & coordination skills
