Role Overview:

The Operations Coordinator oversees daily onsite manpower operations, ensuring smooth deployment, attendance tracking, worker supervision, and coordination between clients, workers, and the internal HR/operations team. The role is hands-on and requires strong field management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onsite Manpower Deployment & Coordination

· Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of blue-collar workers at project sites.

· Assign workers to tasks based on skills, client instructions, and daily requirements.

· Coordinate replacements for absenteeism, emergencies, or client requests.

2. Attendance & Timesheet Management

· Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, and absences.

· Collect, verify, and submit timesheets to HR/payroll.

· Track overtime, shift changes, and leave approvals.

3. Workforce Supervision & Productivity Monitoring

· Monitor worker performance, discipline, and adherence to site rules.

· Report low performance, misconduct, or safety violations to the Operations Manager.

· Ensure workers follow proper procedures and meet productivity expectations.

4. Client Liaison (Onsite)

· Serve as the primary contact for client supervisors and site managers.

· Communicate daily manpower status, issues, and special requests.

· Coordinate manpower forecasts and support client audits/inspections.

5. Worker Welfare & Issue Resolution

· Address worker concerns related to work assignments, safety, and basic needs.

· Escalate grievances to HR/Operations when required.

· Ensure workers understand site rules, PPE requirements, and safety protocols.

6. Documentation & Compliance

· Maintain onsite records of worker ID cards, PPE issuance, and safety briefings.

· Ensure all workers deployed onsite meet documentation and compliance requirements (visa, medical, certifications, etc.).

· Assist in onsite inspections and compliance checks.

7. Logistics & Resource Coordination

· Coordinate transportation, accommodation movements, and shift arrangements.

· Ensure PPE availability and timely distribution.

· Support mobilization of new workers (orientation, allocation, job briefing).

8. Reporting

· Prepare daily/weekly manpower reports for internal teams and clients.

· Update the operations team on site requirements, worker performance, and any incidents.

· Maintain accurate and organized onsite logs.

Candidate Profile:

· High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

· 1–3 years of experience in manpower/staffing operations (blue-collar).

· Strong onsite supervisory and coordination skills.

· Good communication skills (multilingual is an added advantage).

· Familiarity with attendance systems and basic reporting tools.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Physical readiness for field/onsite work
