They are a leading company in the recycling sector committed to sustainable practices, efficient operations, and a caring work environment. As they grow, they're looking for an HR Operations Manager who can not only lead HR processes but also understands warehouse operations someone who can bridge between people and process to help us achieve operational excellence.


Job Summary

As the HR Operations Manager, you will oversee and streamline all HR operational functions while closely collaborating with warehouse teams. You will ensure HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business strategy. Your role will also include hands‑on involvement in ensuring smooth operations in a warehouse environment from staffing and health & safety compliance to performance management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll, benefits, employee records & HR systems.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE labour law and company policies.
  • Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and workflows for efficiency and consistency.
  • Partner with warehouse operations to understand workforce needs, plan staffing, coordinate shift schedules, manage absenteeism, etc.
  • Ensure health, safety and environmental policies are followed in both HR & warehouse contexts.
  • Manage employee relations: grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, performance improvements.
  • Oversee performance management processes: reviews, feedback, goal setting.
  • Generate HR metrics, prepare reports for senior management. Use data to drive improvement.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the HR team; ensure HR staff are trained, productive, and engaged.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in HR operations / HR management.
  • At least 2‑3 years in managerial / supervisory role.
  • Experience in warehouse or industrial operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS / HR software tools.
  • Excellent communication (English; other languages a plus) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changes.
