Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: T Nagar, Chennai
Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee lifecycle activities: joining, transfers, exits, etc..,
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, policies, and procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Partner with business units to drive HR best practices.
  • Resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of government regulations related to banking sector HR functions.
  • Coordinate training sessions and career development programs.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze metrics for decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably in the banking/financial sector.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
