We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who will serve as a trusted resource for staff, delivering timely, empathetic support and ensuring smooth processes across onboarding, offboarding, workforce data, and HR operations. This role blends customer service, operational excellence, and a strong team culture to help us create an inclusive, supportive workplace. Compensation
Compensation for this role is between $25.34-$29.81
Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. If you meet all job description requirements you will likely receive an offer of $25.34
