HR Operations Execuive

Department : Human Resource

Location City : NEAR Gajju MATA Station, Asif Town- Lahore

Working Hours : 09am to 07PM PKT - Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

1-Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.

2-Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and compliance frameworks.

3-Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement programs.

4-Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and benefits administration.

Years of Experience:

3-4 years of experience in HR management or senior HR generalist roles.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : 80k to 100K PKR/M

Other Benefits (Allowances, Bonus, Insurance, etc.)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
