Job Summary

We are looking for an HR professional who will manage end-to-end HR Operations along with Recruitment. The role focuses on hiring, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR coordination, and ensuring smooth people operations across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Recruitment

● Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding

● Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning

● Manage employee lifecycle activities: joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits

● Maintain employee records, HR MIS, attendance, leave data, and employee documentation

● Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, and monthly HR reports

● Support performance review cycles and HR initiatives

● Act as the point of contact for employee HR-related queries

● Ensure smooth coordination between management, operations teams, and employees

Skills & Competencies

● Strong experience in HR Operations and Recruitment

● Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

● Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring requirements simultaneously

● Good documentation and reporting skills

● Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools

Qualifications & Experience

● Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field

● 2–6 years of experience in combined HR Operations & Recruitment roles

● Experience in service-based, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle organizations is preferred
