HR & Operations Executive – Radiology Center
HR Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for radiologists, technicians, front office, billing, and support staff
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift rosters
- Coordinate payroll inputs and follow up on payroll processing (e.g., Keka)
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, labor laws)
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues
- Support performance appraisals and employee engagement activities
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements
Operations Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the radiology center
- Coordinate between radiologists, technicians, front desk, billing, and management
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor report turnaround time (TAT) and operational efficiency
- Handle patient escalations and service-related issues
- Assist in managing vendor coordination, AMCs, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure adherence to NABL / NABH / AERB guidelines and documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives
Administrative Responsibilities
- Coordinate facility management, housekeeping, and security
- Maintain inventory of consumables and office supplies
- Support center manager in operational planning and cost control
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of healthcare or diagnostic center operations
- Understanding of HR processes and basic labor laws
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Familiarity with HRMS, payroll, and hospital information systems

- MBA HR or related HR Field
