HR & Operations Executive

Position: HR & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth coordination between employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Support payroll coordination, salary administration, and HR-related client requirements where applicable.

Recruitment & Talent Support

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives and ensure timely hiring processes.

Employee Relations & HR Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
  • Handle employee requests and concerns professionally and confidentially.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Prepare training materials and support training execution and follow-up.

HR Reporting & Compliance

  • Monitor HR KPIs and prepare regular HR and operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE labor regulations.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs, employee payments, and HR-related invoices.
  • Support other administrative and operational tasks related to HR as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or related roles.
  • Academic background in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English .
  • UAE work experience preferred with knowledge of local labor practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
