Position: HR & Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth coordination between employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Support payroll coordination, salary administration, and HR-related client requirements where applicable.
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives and ensure timely hiring processes.
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Handle employee requests and concerns professionally and confidentially.
Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Prepare training materials and support training execution and follow-up.
HR Reporting & Compliance
- Monitor HR KPIs and prepare regular HR and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE labor regulations.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs, employee payments, and HR-related invoices.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks related to HR as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or related roles.
- Academic background in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English .
- UAE work experience preferred with knowledge of local labor practices.
