We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy HR & Payroll Executive (Female) to manage core HR operations and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing. The ideal candidate is organized, well-versed in labor laws, and committed to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, and bonuses
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security, PF/ESI, and other statutory requirements
- Maintain payroll records, prepare reports, and reconcile discrepancies
- Handle salary revisions, full & final settlements, and leave encashments
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and generate related reports
- Assist with employee grievance handling and HR policy implementation
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related statutory regulations and audits
- Manage employee files, contracts, and policy acknowledgments
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with finance and department heads on payroll, headcount, and HR queries
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
- 2years of experience in HR and payroll functions
- Solid understanding of payroll processes, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software (e.g., Zoho, SAP, ADP, greytHR, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
