Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator with a strong background or interest in Human Resources to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys both administrative duties and people-oriented tasks, and can effectively manage office operations while supporting HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure office documentation is up to date
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics
  • Support travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Help coordinate performance review processes and track training/compliance needs
  • Support payroll preparation by gathering timesheets and verifying data
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, HR assistant, or similar role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Understanding of HR principles and basic labor laws
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, etc.)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
