We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to lead HR operations, improve workplace culture, and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Develop HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
  • Drive culture-building initiatives and resolve employee issues
  • Oversee training, development, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR/People & Culture experience
  • Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
  • Experience in fast-paced or service-based companies preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
