HR Personnel - Intern

Cairo, Egypt

Job Purpose:

Support the Personnel team in managing employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and assisting with documentation, social insurance processes, and payroll inputs. The intern will gain hands-on experience in core HR operations and administrative tasks, building a foundation for a career in Human Resources.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing employee files—both hard copies and digital records—ensuring completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Support the preparation, tracking, and updating of employment contracts, offer letters, and other official HR documentation.
  • Assist with the registration and deregistration processes related to social insurance, medical insurance, and other legal documentation.
  • Track and update employee attendance, vacation, and leave balances in coordination with the payroll and timekeeping teams.
  • Support compliance audits by ensuring all employee files and records meet regulatory and internal policy standards.
  • Help prepare HR letters (e.g., salary confirmations, employment verifications, bank letters, etc.) upon employee request.
  • Coordinate with government and insurance offices for document submissions or follow-up as needed.
  • Assist in updating internal HR trackers and personnel databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Personnel and broader HR team as required.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in document handling.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, or interest in Personnel operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).


Program Details:

  • Location: On-site at Beltone
  • Duration: 3–6 months (flexible)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: Paid Internship
