HR & PRO Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & PRO Executive (Male/Female) to manage both human resources and government relations functions. This dual role is essential to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and engagement, as well as PRO duties including visas, licensing, and approvals with authorities.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and manage onboarding and induction.
  • Support staff relocation and ensure smooth integration.

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and contracts.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and final settlements.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, memos, and disciplinary documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff queries and grievances.
  • Manage health insurance processes (enrollments, renewals, claims).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and health & safety standards.

PRO & Government Relations

  • Process, renew, and cancel visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, and establishment cards.
  • Manage trade license renewals, amendments, and approvals with relevant authorities.
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of UAE Emiratisation policies and requirements
  • Submit and track applications through portals (MOHRE, ICA, ICP, GDRFA, ADGM, TAMM, Hassantuk).
  • Coordinate approvals such as vehicle registrations and permits.
  • Ensure timely completion of government requirements to avoid penalties.

Training & Development

  • Organize staff training, induction, and development programs.
  • Support management in identifying training needs.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Organize engagement activities (birthdays, team events, farewells, etc.).
  • Promote transparent communication between staff and management.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Stay updated on UAE labor laws, government regulations, and Emiratisation policies.
  • Prepare and submit HR & PRO reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Requirements

  • Open to both male and female candidates.
  • 2–4 years of HR & PRO experience in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, immigration, and licensing processes.
  • Proven expertise in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in government portals (MOHRE, ICA, ICP, GDRFA, ADGM, TAMM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.

Compensation

  • Salary: AED 3,500 – 3,700 (based on experience).
