HR & PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Doha, Qatar

HR Duties:

· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.

· Support performance appraisal process and training initiatives.

· Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions in coordination with management.

· Prepare HR reports (attendance, leave records, staff turnover, etc.) for management review.

Procurement Duties:

· Identify suppliers, request quotations and evaluate offers based on price, quality and delivery time.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best terms.

· Process purchase requests and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

· Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier performance.

· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget guidelines.
