We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources professional to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of MOHRE regulations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles in the real estate sector
- Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
- Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Must have strong understanding of MOHRE regulations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance.
- At least 3 years local UAE of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of HR functions and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Experience in WPS, payroll and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Arabic Speaker (Preferred)
Benefits:Salary: AED 7,000 plus other benefits as per UAE labor law.
