We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruitment Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment initiatives across various departments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the education, service, or people-intensive sectors. This role demands agility in managing both bulk and niche hiring, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to field recruitment. Flexibility in work hours and willingness to travel are essential.

Key Responsibilities

�� Talent Acquisition

· Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and craft accurate job descriptions.

· Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and field recruitment.

· Drive high-volume hiring for academic, administrative, and support roles including faculty, counselors, operations, and campus staff.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

�� Screening & Interviewing

· Conduct initial screenings (telephonic, virtual, and in-person).

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with functional heads.

· Assess candidates for technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.

· Provide timely feedback and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.

�� Recruitment Operations

· Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.

· Liaise with background verification teams for pre-employment checks.

· Prepare and issue offer letters; support onboarding and induction processes.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

�� Field Recruitment & Campus Hiring

· Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in interviews.

· Travel to recruitment locations as needed for outreach and hiring campaigns.

· Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local employment networks.

�� Stakeholder Management

· Maintain clear and consistent communication with hiring managers and internal teams.

· Address candidate queries and concerns professionally.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage escalations effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Negotiation and decision-making proficiency

· Familiarity with ATS platforms, MS Office, and Google Workspace

· Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts

· Sound understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment compliance

Educational Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)

Experience

· 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

· Prior experience in education, ed-tech, BPO, retail, or similar high-volume hiring environments

· Exposure to mass hiring, frontline recruitment, and campus engagement is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
