Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Utilize negotiation skills to facilitate offers and close candidates effectively.
- Assist in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
- Support internal recruiting efforts by identifying opportunities for employee development and succession planning.
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent management and acquisition.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
- Experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and HR sourcing.
- Proficient in using ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday for efficient candidate management.
- Solid understanding of employment & labor law as it pertains to recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like Paychex, UltiPro, or Kronos for managing employee data.
- Ability to conduct employee evaluations and manage employee relations effectively.
- Experience in cold calling for lead generation within the recruitment context.
- Knowledge of social media management strategies for talent attraction.
