HR Recruiter

We’re Hiring – HR Recruiter (Hybrid, Jaipur)

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong fluency in English. If you’re passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Location: Jaipur (Hybrid work mode)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.

Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases.

Requirements:

1+ year experience as HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive.

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Strong sourcing & negotiation skills.

Graduate in HR/Business or related field (preferred).
