DKP Recruiter is Hiring: Junior HR Recruiter

Location: Remote
Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month
Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordinating, onboarding).
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels for talent acquisition.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth hiring closure.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Strong interpersonal & coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of job portals and MS Office.
