Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding).
  • Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Negotiate salary, ensure smooth offer rollout, and follow up till joining.
  • Manage bulk hiring as well as niche requirements based on company needs.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and basic labor laws (added advantage).

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
