Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding).
- Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Negotiate salary, ensure smooth offer rollout, and follow up till joining.
- Manage bulk hiring as well as niche requirements based on company needs.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of sourcing through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements within deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of HR policies and basic labor laws (added advantage).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / MBA in HR.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment
