JD :

• Need with 4-5 yrs experience has manufacturing experience

and has done blue collar and white collar hiring both.

• Ready to travel to factories in Bhiwandi and Ambernath locations once or twice a week.

Is analytical, knows HR metrics and dashboards, CPH, turn over ratio,
Source mix etc and can do good presentation and analysis of number
game.

• Is open to learning and growth, has worked in scale up

organizations. Immediate joiner.

• CTC around 7-8L pa with added benefits like Gratuity, Mediclaim, lunch policy and birthday policy reimbursed by the company.

Job description :

• Manage plant recruitment (Production, QC, Maintenance)
• Source candidates via portals, agencies, references, and walk-ins
• Conduct interviews & coordinate with departments
• Maintain hiring data & reports
• Oversee HR operations, onboarding & documentation

Required Candidate profile

• Bachelor's in HR, Management, or related field
• 2+ years in plant/industrial recruitment
• Skilled in blue-collar hiring & contract staffing
• Immediate joiners or max 15 days' notice preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
