About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with clients and candidates, and prior experience in recruitment or HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to understand hiring needs, finalize job descriptions, and agree on hiring plans
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through headhunting, job portals, and databases
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers
• Communicate professionally with clients and candidates through emails and calls
• Document every conversation with clients and candidates for record-keeping and follow-up
• Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and records using MS Word and Excel
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities and ensure smooth processes

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate (Undergraduates may also be considered)
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
• Ability to coordinate with clients, draft professional emails, and manage recruitment processes
• A proactive team player with the ability to meet deadlines

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
