HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in building strong teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent aligned with the companys culture and business needs.Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, networking events, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
