Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds with hiring managers.
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Database & Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update candidate databases for current and future requirements.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
- Employer Branding & Communication
- Represent the organization professionally to candidates.
- Support in campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare recruitment status reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods & sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Negotiation & relationship management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT, depending on role).
- Freshers with strong communication and interest in HR can also apply.
