HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds with hiring managers.
  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Database & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain and update candidate databases for current and future requirements.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
  • Employer Branding & Communication
  • Represent the organization professionally to candidates.
  • Support in campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare recruitment status reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods & sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Negotiation & relationship management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT, depending on role).
  • Freshers with strong communication and interest in HR can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
