We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment

process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, while ensuring smooth

coordination with consultants and maintaining positive employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing,

and selection.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job

descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and

networking.

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical/functional interviewers.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire,

etc.).

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Coordinate with external consultants for manpower requirements, ensuring timely

communication and feedback.

Follow up with consultants on candidate status, documentation, and ensure timely

processing of related payments.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants to

enhance employer branding.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., IT/Edtech/Corporate].

Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System
