Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and attract top talent to our organization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements
  • Draft and post job ads on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
  • Source candidates through databases, job portals, social platforms, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone/video interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare offer letters and handle the onboarding process in collaboration with HR team
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2years of experience as a recruiter or similar HR role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Prakash Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
