Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and attract top talent to our organization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements
- Draft and post job ads on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
- Source candidates through databases, job portals, social platforms, and referrals
- Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare offer letters and handle the onboarding process in collaboration with HR team
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2years of experience as a recruiter or similar HR role (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
