Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience to join our remote team. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle—understanding requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

· Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions accordingly.

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, referrals, and headhunting.

· Screen and evaluate profiles to ensure suitability for client needs.

· Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.

· Support offer negotiation and onboarding activities.

· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

What We’re Looking For

· 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing/consultancy background.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.

· Ability to close positions within deadlines.

· A self-driven professional who can work independently in a remote environment.
