Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs, screening candidates, shortlisting top talent, and coordinating with clients to ensure hiring needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various job portals and platforms.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding candidate profiles and interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job roles and expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in HR recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with job posting across multiple job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (very important).
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,277.15 - ₹10,000.00 per month
