Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates who align with the company’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary and assist with offer rollouts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
