Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Nagpur

Reports To: HR Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter with minimum 2 year of experience to help us attract and hire top talent. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).

• Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

• Support in preparing job offers and onboarding new hires.

• Maintain accurate records and assist with recruitment reports.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of recruitment experience.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
