Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal roles within the organization. You will be responsible for identifying current employee capabilities, engaging internal talent, coordinating interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure successful internal placements that align with our company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the internal recruitment process for open roles across departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and internal candidate fit.
- Post internal job openings and communicate opportunities via company portals, emails, and HR platforms.
- Screen internal applicants for eligibility, qualifications, and readiness for role transitions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
- Ensure a fair and transparent selection process in line with internal mobility policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide feedback to internal applicants and support them through the interview and onboarding process.
- Track and report on internal hiring metrics and performance.
- Support internal career development initiatives and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to internal hiring or talent management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment law, and internal mobility best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in internal recruitment within a mid-to-large scale organization.
- Familiarity with performance management and succession planning tools.
