HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, placement agencies, and recruitment consultants.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with HR team members to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the recruitment process.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–6 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition [adjust based on requirement].
  • Experience in [industry-specific recruitment, e.g., IT, manufacturing] will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
