Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, placement agencies, and recruitment consultants.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with HR team members to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the recruitment process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–6 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition [adjust based on requirement].
- Experience in [industry-specific recruitment, e.g., IT, manufacturing] will be an added advantage.
