HR Recruiter

Job Description:
Nirvaa Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Recruiter with solid experience in end-to-end recruitment within the Facility Management Services industry. The role demands a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented professional who can efficiently manage diverse hiring requirements while maintaining strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle, including understanding manpower requirements, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role involves sourcing potential candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, and professional references. Maintaining and nurturing a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs is a critical aspect of this position.

Additionally, the recruiter must ensure timely closure of open positions in line with business needs. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, as well as maintaining accurate recruitment reports and MIS, will be part of day-to-day responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources with a minimum of 3+ years’ recruitment experience, preferably in the Facility Management industry.
• Proficiency in sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Capability to work under pressure while adhering to strict timelines.
• Good stakeholder management and reporting skills.

Location: Monarch Plaza, Sector 11, C B D Belapur
Salary: As per interview performance and current compensation.
