- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in salary negotiations and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
- Work closely with HR to support employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruitment for various sectors such as IT, sales, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
