About the Role & Company:

As a Junior Recruiter within a Prodigy placement consulting firm, you'll be pivotal in bridging job seekers with companies seeking the right talent. You’ll collaborate closely with senior recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and deliver quality placements that meet client expectations—across diverse industries, from IT to finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior recruiters to understand client needs and deliver candidate solutions.
• Develop and publish job postings across platforms like job boards and social media.
• Source, screen, and assess prospective candidates via resume reviews and initial interviews
• Maintain and update databases and applicant tracking systems
• Support interview coordination and logistics, including scheduling and feedback collection.
• Conduct reference or background checks as part of due diligence.
• Facilitate a smooth candidate experience through clear communication and regular updates.
• Assist senior team members in closing placements and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Occasionally help in marketing and business development activities—from cold calls to lead generation
