HR Recruiter

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• Proven exposure to Japan and Germany hiring (cultural understanding, sourcing channels, candidate engagement).
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory; German/Japanese language knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Good negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,333.19 per month
