HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Industry Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with companies to identify job and internship openings.
• Candidate Support: Provide career counselling, resume workshops, interview coaching, and soft skills training to students.
• Event Coordination: Plan and organize placement drives, job fairs, and networking events on campus.
• Placement Process Management: Coordinate schedules for interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure all parties have necessary information.
• Outcome Tracking: Monitor and report on placement statistics, analyze data, and provide support to placed individuals.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with faculty, administration, and other stakeholders to align curriculum with industry needs and improve the placement process.
